Hyperdilute neurotoxin + microneedling deliver glow from within -- tightening pores, controlling sebum, and refining texture while keeping your expressions 100% you.
MesoTox is a Korean-origin aesthetic technique that combines the collagen-stimulating power of microneedling with a hyperdiluted neurotoxin -- delivered directly into the dermis, not the muscle. The result? Your skin gets smarter, not stiffer.
Traditional Botox targets the muscles underneath your skin to smooth wrinkles by limiting movement. MesoTox works differently: by depositing tiny amounts of neurotoxin into the dermal layer at just 0.25mm depth, it regulates sebum production, minimizes pore size, tightens fine skin texture, and creates that signature Korean "glass skin" radiance -- all without touching a single facial muscle.
The microneedling portion creates controlled micro-channels that drive the neurotoxin deep into the dermis while simultaneously triggering collagen remodeling. You get a two-for-one: the glow boost of microneedling and the pore-refining, sebum-controlling effects of neurotoxin -- in a single 30-45 minute session with zero downtime.
This is skin quality maintenance at its finest. No frozen forehead. No "done" look. Just luminous, poreless, dewy skin that looks like yours -- but better.
MesoTox isn't just about looking good for a moment -- it's a skin health investment that compounds over time with quarterly maintenance.
Neurotoxin in the dermis reduces sebaceous gland activity and tightens pore walls, giving that smooth, blurred filter look in real life.
Microneedling triggers collagen and elastin production, building a dewy luminosity from within that no highlighter can fake.
Oily T-zone? Hyperdilute neurotoxin calms overactive sebaceous glands, reducing shine and the breakouts that come with it.
Because the neurotoxin stays in the dermis -- not the muscle -- you laugh, raise your eyebrows, and emote exactly the same as always.
Start in your 20s or early 30s and maintain the skin quality you have now, rather than trying to reverse damage later.
Walk in, glow out. Minimal redness resolves within hours and you can wear makeup the same day. Lunch-break friendly.
Simple, clinical, effective -- and done in under an hour.
We cleanse your skin, apply a topical numbing cream, and prep the neurotoxin to a precise hyperdiluted concentration. The lower the concentration, the more it behaves as a dermal treatment rather than a muscle blocker.
Using a medical-grade microneedling pen set to 0.25mm depth, we apply the diluted neurotoxin as the device creates micro-channels across the treatment area. The channels drive the solution into the dermis while triggering your skin's natural healing response.
The micro-injury triggers collagen and elastin production over the next 2 weeks. Meanwhile, the neurotoxin begins regulating sebum and tightening pores within 5-7 days. Peak results appear at 2 weeks -- right when your skin is glowing hardest.
MesoTox is a maintenance treatment built for patients who want to invest in their skin quality now -- not play catch-up later.
You're not trying to erase anything -- you're trying to maintain the skin you have and build a foundation for graceful aging. MesoTox is your secret weapon before fine lines ever start.
You love the idea of neurotoxin but hate the idea of looking "done." MesoTox gives you all the skin-quality benefits with zero change to your natural movement or expression.
Large pores, uneven texture, oily skin, dull complexion -- MesoTox targets all of these at the source, in the dermis, where skincare products often can't reach on their own.
Think of this like a high-performance facial -- but one that actually remodels your skin from the inside. Quarterly sessions compound results over time for long-term glass skin goals.
Two different goals, two different techniques. Here's how to know which is right for you -- or whether you want both.

View IV MenuYes -- indirectly but meaningfully. MesoTox improves overall skin quality: better collagen density, tighter pores, and healthier sebum regulation all create a more resilient skin structure. Healthier skin forms fewer wrinkles over time. Think of it as preventive maintenance rather than wrinkle correction. If you already have deeper dynamic wrinkles you want to address, combine MesoTox with traditional Jeuveau® for a comprehensive approach.
Quarterly (every 3-4 months) is the sweet spot for most patients. The neurotoxin effect on sebaceous glands and pore size lasts about 3 months, and spacing sessions quarterly also allows your collagen remodeling from each microneedling session to fully mature before the next round. Over time, many patients find their skin quality continues to improve with consistent maintenance -- it compounds.
Absolutely, and it's actually a popular combination. MesoTox handles skin quality at the dermal level -- pores, texture, glow, sebum. Traditional Jeuveau® handles dynamic wrinkles at the muscle level. They work on completely different layers and don't interfere with each other. Many patients get both in the same visit: MesoTox across the full face for glow and pore refinement, then traditional Jeuveau® in specific muscle zones for line smoothing. Yes, MesoTox is safe when performed by a licensed and experienced provider (hi, that's Brittany). Because the neurotoxin is hyperdiluted and delivered only to the dermis at 0.25mm depth, it never reaches the muscles -- eliminating the risk of muscle overrelaxation, drooping, or the "frozen" look. Typical post-treatment responses include mild redness and minor pinpoint marks that resolve within a few hours. Bruising is possible but uncommon. You can wear makeup the same day.
Very minimal discomfort. We apply a topical numbing cream before the treatment, which takes the edge off the microneedling sensation almost entirely. The 0.25mm needle depth is one of the shallowest settings used in medical aesthetics -- significantly less sensation than deeper microneedling treatments. Most patients rate it a 1-2 out of 10 with numbing. If you're particularly sensitive, let us know and we can accommodate.
Standard microneedling uses a serum (often hyaluronic acid, growth factors, or vitamin C) to take advantage of the micro-channels created by the needles. MesoTox uses hyperdiluted neurotoxin instead. This adds a completely different layer of benefit: sebum regulation and pore tightening that regular serums can't provide. You still get all the collagen-stimulating benefits of microneedling, plus the dermal neurotoxin effects on top -- it's an upgrade in a single step.
MesoTox is not appropriate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a known allergy to botulinum toxin products, have active skin infections or breakouts in the treatment area, or are currently taking certain blood thinners. It's also not recommended if you have a neuromuscular condition such as myasthenia gravis. During your consultation, Brittany will review your health history to confirm you're a good candidate and customize the treatment plan for you.
